CREDIT REPORT
Used to establish the payment history and employment history of an
individual for use in the pre-employment screening process. This report
is derived as an "employment purposes only" credit history. Results
returned immediately. Your company must follow the FCRA (Fair Credit
Reporting Act).
CRIMINAL BACKGROUND (ALL STATES)
A criminal background check is used in the employee screening process to
determine if an applicant has a criminal record. Names can be checked by
county or by state
DRUG TESTING / DRUG SCREENING
A Drug Screening Drug Test determines recent use of any illegal
substances in the Employee Screening process.
SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TRACE
A Social Security Trace is used as a "discriminator" for those persons
who use a fraudulent social security number. It also lists previous
Social Security addresses of each applicant which is helpful when
checking for a criminal background
MOTOR VEHICLE RECORD
Motor Vehicle Record Check Report is used to research the driving record
on an individual during the employment screening process. This is
especially useful for employees who will be engaged in driving tasks by
the employer.
REFERENCE CHECKS
Inquiries made in regard to the past employers of an individual in the
Employee Background Check process. These are usually done by checking
the past 7 years. Questions asked are tailored to clients needs.
VALIDATION OF EDUCATION
Inquiry made to verify the accomplishment of a college degree or a
technical degree in the background check / employment screening process.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Inquiry made to verify the status of a professional license along with
any complaints against the person.
OIG
This is a search for individuals and companies with convictions and/or
sanctions against them for Medicaid/Medicare fraud.
Tax Liens/UCC Filings
A search for liens filed at the state or county level.
Workers Compensation
A search at the state level for workers compensation claims
